WHY AFRICAN BORN CHILD?
African Born Child is an organisation started by the youth born and bred in the Eastern Cape, South Africa, to reach out and empower the underprivileged student not only in the Eastern Cape but across South Africa and even Africa at large.
After all there is no greater feeling than knowing that you are not just African Born but Africa is born in you. From that the name African Born Child was derived. ​
THE MOBILE CINEMA

Coming from the town of Mthatha, we never really had a cinema and we still don't. To those privileged enough they would travel to East London to have a cinema experience. This year we look to change that by launching and showcasing few of the latest movies in December under the moonlight. From there we will travel around Mthatha spending summer nights showcasing Movie
